Driving along the motorway last night at about 9pm,just me and another car doing about 80-85 when I saw a bike on a bridge over the motorway.Not sure if it was police but he was sitting on the bike and had something in his hand.I thought only the cars took out radar guns or whatever they are.
Anyone else seen bikeplods with detectors..?
What's the likely fine for this then..?
Someone said that some big insurance companies will allow 3 pionts before they hike the fees up...is this true..?

A Strathclyde Police Ovlov v70 was sitting on a bridge above the A78 a week ago on sat! I approached the bridge and slip road at 85 and did a rather dodgy overtake before the slip! Saw the car when I stopped for the roundabout on the bridge (Wasn't a bridge obviously but you get the picture!) Haven't heard anything yet!
Fingers crossed!
