If a Gatso flashes me twice and I am not above the lines that mark the road, ie, to the right, passing parked cars, dodging a stray alsatian or avoiding an erratic cyclist...does this count, I assume the lines are used to measure speed with distance and time. If the car I'm driving is not on them this would be impossible surely?!

Any help would be much in the way of appreciated as i Drive >1000 miles per week and like to know what tunes the devil is playing.

The camera fim readers can overlay the white strips at the Central Ticket office and use these to gauge your forward momentum.
This also applies to mobile gatso sites..........

Have they patented the idea? Weighing vehicles remotely! Wow
