Leccy Power for Met Police
Which poor sucker gets to drive the Th!nk?
Discussion
The Met Police will use these within a 300 m radius of the nearest Police Station untill B and Q get some longer extension leads in stock.
The new car continues the animal friendly name theme started with the 'Panda' and will be known as the 'Inverse Hedgehog'.
Inspector U R Nict said they expected the officers to get a real buzz from driving the car and that its stealth running mode should result in more burglars being charged. In a blatant plug for the latest anti-terrorist measures he went on to say that the car would enable them to socket to hardened career criminals, also know as speeders.
The efficiency benefit gained from all the gas generated by the police force being recycled into electricity would enable his force to follow every lead possible within their power. Any crim found guilty of battery or drug taking (ie acid) would be thrown into a cell.

Gives them an excellent excuse not to turn up to the crime scene for hours, 'But the battery was flat', or, 'You live further than 100 metres from the police station, we had to keep recharging the battery on the way'.
They don't use excuses round my way. They just don't turn up..
