What Happens Next?

Just a quicky - currently going through the 'unsigned NIP' motions. In a nutshell, sent NIP off unsigned, was returned asking for singature, sent it off again unsigned. Also queried position of scamera and roadsigns used (email from DFT says they're not prescribed). Send another blank NIP (with letter saying fill this out and sign it or we'll do you under Section 172, failure to supply, and the original speeding offence (44 in 30)) which was returned blank and received letter today that said 'the position of the camera and other points you raise are under the duristiction of the Local Authority. All the documents have been passed to the court for their attention'.

So, what will happen next? The missus (bless her) has said she would happily say she filled in the form (I did but the Scamera Partnership don't know that). Would she be asked for proof? Is that a good idea?
