55 in a 40

Hi guys,

Normal story, dual carraigeway, national limit down to 40 for no apparent reason, slowed, but by the looks of it not by enough !!

No excuses, just wondering what I can expect (3points, £60?)?

Thats correct. £60 and 3 points.
They seem to be slowing a lot of roads down. Cuts down road deaths you know. Perhaps if they ban all motor vehicles then they'll be no deaths.
