Info for Kent travellers, the bastards now have a black Freelander with blacked out windows, they were nicking some poor sod on the M20 near Brands today

Is it a Dark Blue Y reg one by any chance ? If so they've had it a fair time now, It actually has two cameras in the boot which they can lower the rear window if needed, the good news is that its for road tax (not speed) and actually operated by DVLA normally parked up at the side of the road and has Plod a few hundred yards further on doing the actual nickings. Oh and they've also got a Galxy MPV thingie set up the same way.

I know this because when I saw it parked up I stopped and asked, IMO everybody should stop and quiz them what, why, how etc at the end of the day our taxes pay for them and knowledge is power and they're normally very open to questions.

The bastards? Bit of a sad attitude

and the people they are targetting for no tax normally don't have any insurance.

...and there are calls about the BiB being racist?

post again without the "black" reference!

No - this was meant to be a joke when you get excited!

And more importantly, they're doing the job that you, through your taxes, expect them to do. So I'm with the "get the attitude right" view.

In woofs defence I don't think he knew they were tax cameras (I didn't first time I saw it) If it was being used as a Speed SCamera I'd have said the "bastards" catagory fitted it would be a sneeky trick.

even calling the scamera operators bastards is a bit sad. If you don't speed you wont get your photo taken.
It's simple really.

tell that to the people who got done (despite it being lawful) for doing 70 in a NSL where 50 was the limit..according to the camera.

dont speed and you wont get a ticket
