BiB was filling his "barge" err undercover disco as I was filling mine. So I wandered over for a chat. He was driving a Vauxhall Omega, 3 arials on the back, additional disco lights on the front at the sides etc.

Nice Guy, friendly, polite - let me have a play in side - that sort of thing after I admitted to "checking out the enemy".

He was smiling, I was smiling. I even took some photos of the car but given the quality of the camera I was using I will probably end up with a vague purpley (sp?) splodge on an unrecogniseable forecourt.

I doubt he was one of the BiB here - but if he is - thanks.

Oh BTW - he has the same views of scameras as we do - although I suspect that ain't a suprise to anyone.

Yup ... I'm sure I've seen this one on the first dual carriageway section of the A33 from the M4 Jct 11 towards Basingstoke. He had a Silver 5 series beemer pulled over the last time I saw him.

Me too. I was heading for the M4 on the A33 (dual carriageway) when I spied him on the other carriageway about 100 yards from the Risley roundabout. He popped round the roundabout and raced after me. I think he was disconcerted to find I was doing 69/70/71 according to my Origin B2 when he caught up. Anyway, a Merc sped by to keep him happy. Tootled him medodiously as I passed him later stopped at the roadside with the Merc.

Thanks

There's more than 1!!!

I saw 2 pulled over on the A4 at Horncastle at the weekend.

OY52*** and W138***. One blue and one silver, though can't remember which way round.

The very interesting thing was that one (blue I think) had a yellow oval sticker with what looked like a red dragon in the middle. Unusual as all Cop cars are usually stripped of any additional stickers and even number plate dealer details.

Rather than the Omega, how about the Silver 7 series BMW..... Although it's not really used as a Traffic car.
Tony were you one of the out riders last Thursday?
