Sorry, I haven't read this board for a while.
Just want to check whether anyone has been charged with not signing the NIP, as I have been caught again!!!!!
Is it still worth not signing?

I believe that Idris Francis has been told off by the magistrates for this but immediately appealed to a higher a court.

Magistrates can't make case law, so it is still unproven.

Poor Juts - having to live in Wales with those shyster scameraships!

Then if so, yes,cos the cash is still in yore back pocket and not theirs. Its deffoo worth it not to sign.
It causes them hassles which they cant deal effectively with.
