fixed penalty speeding fines

im sure that this has probably been gone over more times than u care to mention,but as im new here bear with me.
just got a ticket throught the post for 48 in a 30 from one of them sneaky vans whilst driving a company van.
thing is as the vehicle is company registered they have obviously got to declare who was driving it and as i drive it every day theres no getting out of it on play ignorant mode.
r there any other little tricks i could use to steer clear of 3 points?

You've been caught doing 48 in a 30? You should just take the fine and points. 48 in a 30 is ripping the piss as far as I'm concerned.
