Adult literacy classes
Discussion
I have obtained some leaflets from my local Adult Learning Centre advertising 'Adult Literacy Classes'.
I am handing them out to drivers who stop across junctions which have "KEEP CLEAR" painted on the road (under their vehicles).
Naturally I am only handing them out under two circumstances:
1) where the driver is smaller than me; and
2) where I have a clear exit route.

Thats exactly what i do, except mine have details of where to pay the £30 or £60 fine and points etc....depending on which offence is commited.
This is what causes almost all of the Traffic jams that i deal with...inconsiderate drivers

Like the latest trend of using the left hand lane at T junctions to turn right.
The same people generally seem to adopt the strange habit of grasping the steering wheel on the inside with an upturned fist. It gives them zero control. Why do it?
