Lets assume I received an N.I.P and I disclosed the name of the driver but did not sign the form.
It has now come back twice, first time I wrote in with submission, quoting the innacuracies of what they would charge me with etc. As per previous info on this site. It came back a 2nd time and I have just ignored it, how long would be a] A reasonable time to be recontacted with a court date ? or b] Is there a limit on time to invite" me to attend court, before it is quosed ?

Normally, a prosecution for a summary offence (which has to be prosecuted at the magistrates court) must be commenced within six months of that offence being committed.

I cut and pasted that 'cause it was a lot for me to type. Tim used to do this stuff...bleh!
