Bonus pay for speed trap staff

Whilst browsing Sky's amusing collection of Aussie front pages I caught sight of this:



But it does make me think that with the non-transparency going on in the UK - could the Scameraship staff be on a bonus scheme?!

Why not - some places (Manchester i think is one though I could be wrong) traffic wardens work on a bonus scheme for the number of tickets issued.
