Mate of mine got busted for speeding and pleaded guilty by post.

Issue is that he has a drving licence from Singapore, so what is likely to happen to him regarding points or a fine?

If he gives a UK address the chances are that he'll be asked to go to court where he'll receive just the relevant fine.

If he gives a Singapore address - who knows?!

they'll bin it.... almost definitely....I base this one being told by the companies vehicle admin person that one of our Swedish ladies got a ticket in a UK pool car, and plod said "thanks for letting us know, we can close this now". end of story. If they aint gonna chase to Sweden, they aint gonna go to Singapore either
