What would the penalty be?

Which is attached to the side of the head - the mobile-phone or the fake arm?
I think an offence is committed in either instance, but the actual offence varies.
If the former, then it could be construed as 'holding' under the regulations.
If the latter, then the offence would be that of loooking a right prat!
I suggest that the fake arm be attached to the driver's door. I can just imagine the look on any BiB's face as they approach the car after stopping you and you open the door with the arm still attached and step out!
Streaky

A certain independant TVR dealer came up with the idea of mounting the mobile phone in a pie, then if you spot Bib you just munch on the pie, and your not actually holding a 'phone' anyway
Ahh Mr Agger I presume.....

Even more amazing is he's booked in for Le Mans before the 1st week in June

Didn't someone get done for that in Belgium recently ? I seem to recall the offence being holding hand to head in a permanent fashion
