M6 Specs turned on

My wife has just got an email telling her that the new electronic road signs have been turned on and that they all contain specs cameras, triggered to go off @78mph.

Apparently the whole section from Knutsford to Preston is wired up.

I think this is incorrect.


Please, please, please tell me it is wrong.
