NIP from Hertfordshire Constabulary

Hi All


am a regular reader of this BBS...so know a bit from the unsigned NIP archives.

got my first NIP...and plan to fight it.

from what I understand the formats of the various counties are different...so not sure on what part of the form to give the "owners details".... ( unsigned)

should it be part 1 ( ..the driver at the time)...or part 2 ( not the driver)

or is it just best to return the whole form uncompleted and submit an extra letter giving my detials as the owner....and ask for photos to identify the driver at the same time ?
