Sick waste of police time when serious callers could have had problems trying to get through.

He should count himself lucky.

Under the disgrace that is the Terrorism Act 2000 he has actually committed an act of terrorism, he could have been arrested with a warrant detained without seeing a lawyer, it is encumbent on him to prove that he is not a terrorist (rather than more traditional approach of proving his guilt), his bank accounts would be frozen, his assets including his home confiscated, and be given life imprisonment. His mates he told of his little "scam" down the pub have also committed an offence and would get 10years

and no I am not making it up.
