Help –Summons received...agian

As some will be aware I have 3 NIP 2 of which I have been summonsed. I responded to one pleading not guilty. However I was found guilty of speeding in my absence as Royal Mail (recorded) have yet to deliver the not guilty plea – despite the fact that it was sent 3 weeks before the trial.

What do I do now?

Secondly, I did the same for the other summons and I have just received a note confirming that the case is adjourned until Monday – giving me a weekend’s notice!!

Despite my request, they are going to hear both speeding and failure to supply together.

Any thoughts?
