Funnily enough, my mate was in Kosovo or Serbia or somesuch not too long ago, He's got a really top secret job (plays flute in the band) so ended up ferrying folk around in said souped up Landie (see them a lot around Clodchester, air intake on front O/S wing)
He said there was a mandatory speed limit of 50MPH everywhere, I think it might also apply in the UK, even through sniper alley!
