Cameras ARE for revenue and NOT safety, says Somerset council!
Apparently unhappy at what they see as the unaccounatbility of "the partnerships", their tactics, and the bombshell that "targets" are their primary motivation, they are now considering seriously pulling out and running the scheme themselves, mush to the detriment of the avon and somerset scamera club.
