".......For example in Devon and Cornwall offenders will be faced with the threat of having their vehicle clamped, while in Cumbria fines can be increased by 50% if it is not paid in full and on time.

In South Yorkshire offenders could face going on a defaulters' list which could ultimately affect their credit rating.........."

And how's about, if you work in Westminster and tell lies, you get impeached...........

I'm trying to think of where it is, it might be Holland, but there's somewhere in Europe where this already happens and speeding/parking fine are proportional to earnings

for once i agree with you mike.
and I bet I know why as well.

if you take em out of someones benifits there just going to have to go on the rib too make it up.

and pluss most would rather try to punch your lights out and do bird for that than pay a fine.

Finland, boss of Nokia got fined £71,500 for speeding on his Harley.

Got reduced to ~£3,500 on appeal.

Prison should also proportional to work ie scrotes get to spend longer in prison than worker as it affects the scrotes less than workers.

Iv said that for along time.
and there will be a upriseing before long.

the reson most dont pay on benifits is that they simple cant aford to.

and nine out of ten time thats why they were on the rob in the first place.

and do the days instead.

Generally the scrotes don't have a job anyway so spending longer in prison has less of effect, works just become scrotes (or they go back to their own business)
