From the BBC:

Last year, 2 million people were caught speeding by one of 4,500 speed cameras dotted throughout the country. They were all fined £60 and received 3 penalty points. Thousands of other people were also caught by the same cameras but they got away scot free. How?

It really is time the BBC was scrapped. I have no problem with the concept but the ers that wark there need a really good kicking.
