an not paid it. I got 1 from KFC car park they want 40quid, ok its not much but im not paying it as im skint and i was not parked in the wrong and if i dont pay it goes up to 80 woho. Has any 1 got any outstanding parking fines. Whats become of the unpaid ones

They may end up passing it to a debt collection agency. your £40 fine now could end up at £600 before you even know it, with fees and admin costs. Then you might end up with a court judgement against you.

well they seem to be taking the pi5s really as i parked in my space but my drivers side wheels were on the white line. Its not a busy car park about 20 space only 3-4 cars on ther at once so i didnt see the point of moving to another space

It might well have been a free car park, but only if you had permission to park in it. If it is privately owned then it is private property. Go back and have a look for the sign that will be up and clearly stating this.

Also, ignore it at your peril. These things have a habit of escalating very quickly into burly blokes in shirts knocking on your door requesting large sums of money...
