Let's waste some more money?

Driving along the A505 yesterday, I noticed that the speed camera warning notices had had the word "SPEED" overwritten with the word "SAFETY"...it must have cost a fortune!

Can anyone think of a worse waste of money in the pursuit of good "Spin Doctoring" and PC?

How do these people get away with it?

With the huge profit that the scamera partnerships make they have to come up with new ways to get rid of it.

Would anyone really be convinced by such a pathetic attempt at currying favour for the revenue cameras? Only the truly soft in the head perhaps. This has surely got to irritate far more people than it convinces.
