Using toy mobile phones whilst driving
Discussion
What would happen if you you drove round apparently using your mobile phone; but on being stopped by a policeman you were able to demonstrate that it was a toy mobile phone with no communication capability?
What if you kept the fact quiet and only declared that it was a toy in court?
OK, you could get done under some general purpose DWDCAA law; but what if you had nothing better to do in life so you strapped a toy mobile phone to your head with (say) a belt and drove past a police traffic car pretending to talk into the phone? Surely you have commited no offence; and could have fun in court later?

Don't be too offended by this LL, but I think you need to get out more...
