Went along to this tonight. Top class presnetation.

2.25 hours door to door. About a dozen people turned up.

Why are the British so absolutely pathetic at supporting the right things?

God only knows why these guys plod on trying to get their message across when people can't even be arsed to show up and support them!

If one attended, one would appreciate the message.I was at the ABD meeting in January, at Gaydon, with 70+ people inc paul smith, lawyers, and Ex BIB who gave advice, available in book form from W H Smith, on Signage and the number of illegal ones used in convictions. All positive stuff, No encouragement to break any Laws, but use them to fight back at the way the law is applied. The brits just love to have a good moan about everything, but going to a meeting is something else.So why isnt the Keyboard used to a more positive affect??

Well, got to admit Winchester is a bit of a trek, esp at this time of year for me - seeing as I am a Stortford dweller. And I didn't realise it was on, so that's my excuse. Shame, if it was my way I'd have been there. First inline most likely.

Well, people might have to drive for a few miles. Its not as if Paul Smith had to go far, only 1200 miles round trip to present...

I would have gone if I could. But I am in Sheffield on a customer site and just couldn't get the time off.

Thanks re Winchester, esp those who came!

No police of Scamera people of course - they did not dare!

But BBC South filmed loads of it, and interview with me at end, plus I spent about 5 hours with one of their reporters on this issue the week before so am expecing at least 5 mins, hopefully 10+ on BBC 1 South soon - 6.30 to 7.00, keep an eye out

Next one is in House of Lords, for peers and MPs, 25 March, not 17 as orig booked

see also Michael Howard's speech yesterday -good news

At Cardiff only 10 or so - although Paul was on BBC Radio 4 pm, mentioned meeting and article of course in Western Mail.

But Harlech TV were there throughout, and filmed a great deal, interview with Paul and me (briefly) - I am due to go back next week to do more, driving

another 300 mile round trip!
