Brothers wife got a 172. He filled it in and returned it unsigned. It returns in the post this morning and the silly cow has just signed it where they told her to!!! Women!!!
Any ideas what to do now? (apart from stopping her housekeeping) We have 7 days to return it.

or if she's guilty why not accept the punishment? some people are guided more by moral guidelines than trying to wriggle out of legality issues on technicalities .. sounds like she migh be one of those people?
...and some people are just scared of authority and often cover this up by expressing a desire for honesty.
In a way I can understand being daunted by possible court appearances and so on, but to follow it through is really the only way to stop the authorities' revenue stream from driving above excessively low limits.

From this response I can deduce 3 things:
1.You obviously don't know my sister in law.
2.Your dealer has sold you some strong stuff today.
3.Your licence is clean.

Like EAN218, my colleague had exactly the same thing. She sent the NIP back unsigned and has since ignored all correspondence. It's now 7 months since she returned it unsigned and we believe it is time expired now. That was in Luton, by the way.
they give up in luton easy.
