can't believe it, having one saga with a not received nip at christmas, now hubby had one through the post this morning. offence states 28th january, date on the letter is 28th feb.

do they have to notify you in 14 days to make it stick

another bloody van as well, not a camera

As long as he's the reg. keeper (i.e. his name on the V5) and this is not a 'reminder' NIP (i.e. the first one was lost in the post) you are in the clear.

thanks, with this though it is an company fleet car, so maybe that would explain the delay, do they have a certain amount of time to notify you through a fleet car???

Sorry TVR Totty - as long as it arrived with registered owner within 14 days then the scameraship have played it properly.

Time to fight them the same way as your other one

Also you can try calling the talivan operator in to court to testify (by pleading not guilty)...

Nope, 14 day rule is for the Reg keeper i.e. the company. I think, as long as you are his wife, YOU should fill the form in and don't sign it, then send it back.

Correct me if I'm wrong anybody!
