Specs AND scamera van??

Driving back up the M6 today through the roadworks which are covered by SPECS only to see a scamera van on a bridge over the motorway!

I dont get it?? Whats the point in the SPECS being there if they are gonna stick a scamera van there too? Double fines anyone..!?

Talk about waste of resources!

Perhaps the specs is broken and they can't bear to do without the cash?

I went through the 2 sets of SPECS on the M6 yesterday. The set on the viaduct are set at 40. What I couldn't believe were the number of people doing 50-60 through there.

Do they not realsie how these things work or am I missing something - i.e. they're not working?
