Im sick of getting tickets soooo...
Is it possible to stick a sticker near your tax disc reading something like 'It is an offence to place or stick stickers on to this vehicle. Prosecutors will be fined £x' ??
As therefore, your creating your own offence of your own vehicle, and whenever you get a parking ticket, they take a photo of your windscreen where this sticker will be clearly visible.
And personally, i think it would work, as they wouldnt have a leg to stand on in court..?

Do you buy the paid tickets for parking, or ignore them?
Or do you frequently park on double yellow lines?
Or do you consistently overstay at bays where parking is free for an hour?
These are the only scenarios I can really think of where you'd get so many tickets... they don't just give them out for s
ts and giggles (usually).
Or did you sleep with a parking warden's daughter and then practise the good old 'fk and chuck'?

I've got a couple, one for parking on the pavement (as i was told by a parking person before that if your over the line it doesnt count they cant do anything).. then read later that it applies to the whole curb etc.
I've got one outside my house (permit required) although i have a permit but it expired a couple of days ago as i need to wait for the log book coming back to change my address to this house to get a years permit rather than a month one.
And one for parking in an 'urban clearway' with no signs, no lines or nothing..
So 3 recently and just got a bit annoyed at it. I think it may be possible to do the sticker thing as its your vehicle theyre touching, if you went and put stickers all over their car, they wouldnt be happy?
I no its normal procedure but im sure there will be some sort of loophole somewere, finding it is the hard task.

NO, it is effectively tax revenue so you will not escape it.
Loophole or not your court costs will far outway finding a proper parking bay and paying the couple of quid for a ticket.
I had a scenario some years ago where an area had changed recently from being free parking, to ticketed parking (with the machines on the pavement to buy your ticket), and it then changed again to being permit parking AT CERTAIN TIMES.
I parked there on a Sunday I believe and on the machine it stated clearly that Sunday was 'No Charge' - it did not mention however that a seperate sign designated the area differently according to day/time etc.
The sign to indicate this was at least 2.5 metres up on a lamp post, obscured by another road sign indicating direction of traffic at the next junction. It was about the size of an A5 piece of paper, and in now way shape or form would you be able to see it from your car unless you happened to drive a monster truck and have a set of binoculars with you.
I argued the point, provided details of location, pictures of the sign etc etc - and it all fell on deaf ears.
For the sake of paying the 25 or 35 quid fine it just wasnt worth the hassle and expense of additional 'late payment' fines.
Annoying yes, any point in fighting it - NO.
