I know for a fact that there have been at least three attempts to get a letter published in the Daily Post pointing out the huge increase in deaths in three Welsh police areas in 2003 but for some reason they have not yet published......

You smell David Banks?? Yuk: though he did play rugby so probbly did whiff a bit before taking the communal bath. Odd they won't publish though but this editorial does seem to imply they have read the letter/s.
