A new way of dealing with problem drivers

I heard recently that somerset & avon plod research revealed that about 90% of those involved in major accidents on an rural A road near me were all locals, some very serious accidents involved too.

Plod contacted everyone who used the road, locals I assume & offered free training on junction hazards & awareness.


I don't know any further details but it would appear to make damn good sense to me. Does anyone know any more about it's results?

But what's the betting that they will attempt to claim any benefit for the cameras?
