M4 J3 this morning - scameras

If anyone is going to be heading onto the M4 this morning, i've just come into Brentford and a couple of bridges past Heston services there is a white van just off a bridge, then two cameras on tripods, one for each carriageway of the motorway, on the bridge itself. The weird thing that this is just literally above a Gatso on the eastbound side!
