Hi Guys

I hope you can help me.
I got a parking ticket for parking with 2 wheels on the pavement outside my house.
Anyway, the parking ticket stated that the offence took place on a road some 2 miles away from where my car was parked at the time - a road that I have never been to. He obviously entered the wrong location into his machine...
I have already had my appeal to the council rejected, and they have just sent me some blurry photos showing my car parked slightly on a pavement. The road where the offence took place is a busy urban road surrounded by shops, whereas mine backs on to a large open space, visible in the photo. The car didn't move from outside my house all day, so my question is, how should I phrase my appeal to the parking adjudicator? Should I simply state that the offence as stated on the PCN did not occur, as I have never been to that road, and if so, how can I prove it? (and why should I have to?!)

Any suggestions most welcome!

cheers,

Emm

I wouldn't worry about it though - once this gets to the independent adjucator it will be thrown out.

Cover yourself though with counter photos showing the differences as you've indicated here
