S172 (4) - Unsure of driver
Discussion
Interesting recent case law on this, Mohindra v DPP.
I'm almost sorry that I'm not up for this soon.
Me: I dunno who was driving.
Mag: What have you done to try and ascertain who the driver was?
Me: Sod all,'cos this judgement says I don't have to because the prosecution have produced no evidence that I'm the keeper.
Don't see them letting the law get in the way of a conviction though, however, we await with interest.

Hi Jeffrey,
Once my brain gets through a couple of "appendix this", and "subsection that" bollocks it shuts down. What does it mean?
I take it you're in the legal profession ? I have the highest respect for anybody who can speak fluent bollocks, in fact "instructing" (unusual use of the word !) one of your colleagues at the moment.
