His name is Nick Freeman and his practice is in Manchester. One report here:

Numbers correct as of 2002. Listings now show a change of address to 8 Oxford Court, M/Chester, M2 3WQ.

Q for the moderators.. How come the fax and mobile numbers deleted, not the "land lines"?

Simple precaution really. Most professionals, be it lawyers or accountant etc, are usually happy for their main office switchboard phone number to be given out to potential clients. Although most would not be happy for their mobile or possibly their fax numbers to be given out to non-clients.
