Hi
I am seeking advice from a personal injury specialist but I don't really want to air my laundry openly on here.

Basically I have an ongoing injury claim and it's at crunch time & I need to know that I am going to make the correct decision financially.

I can pm the details.
Cheers biggrin

Love that. Advice needed but not going to say what.

You might as well say that you are trying to screw as much money as you can out of them but are worried you might get nothing.

Exactly why I'm not posting the details on here. rolleyes
FYI I have an injury that I will have to suffer with for the rest of my life,( and I am suffering ) which was not my fault so why not ask for a second opinion.

Well said RT. It appears to be fashionable at the moment to criticise anybody who makes a claim for personal injury.

Why don't you trust the advice of your current lawyers?

If you want an informed opinion of your case, they are going to have to go through the documents in full.

If you just want a guesstimate - and sometimes a range of opinions and backgrounds really does help - start a new thread and talk about a friend. smile

Ok so they are on some form of CFA - the problem you have is that to really identify quantum you would need someone to go through all the file i.e. it could take ages.

Have you discussed with your current solicitor the possibility of making a claim at your current level and having the claim left open so that you can make a future claim for further damages in the event that your condition deteriorates (i.e. it may depend upon the current medical evidence)...
