If you are driving at night DO NOT under any circumstances flash someone who doesnt have their lights on, there are a "gang" who drive around new recruits without headlights on, and the first person to flash them is chased and shot at for "initiation", thought id warn anyone in the London Essex area, this isnt a joke by the way.

Think this has been revealed as an Urban Myth which has it origins in the states 30 odd years ago. Hope nobody decides to make it a reality though.
