Hello (Hic)

Hello all I am pissed as a fart! yet have just driven from my local social club home!, I was driving within the speed limits so all ok, no coppers in sight so ok there!, I am also high on amphetamines and crack cocain but no matter as there are no Police patrols to stop me!
the thing is I am now allowed to be in this state every weekend as there are no Police presence on the roads at all!, I also play loud music till 03.00 hours as their is nothing to stop me doing so, ( the Police dont give a F***K!, anyway Bo****KS! to normal people,) if the Authorities dont give a F**K about me then I dont give a F**K about them either!
