Not breaking the law by filming in public hough it's he?
If these places just ignored him, and didn't acost him on public streets etc then he'd just go away as his channel would get no views!
Not breaking any laws but being a massive pain in the arse and potentially damaging lots of businesses. If these places just ignored him, and didn't acost him on public streets etc then he'd just go away as his channel would get no views!
It's the drone that's the big issue. For a business with (commercially) sensitive things going on it's relatively easy to secure your site from people and keep things so they're not visible from public footpaths, roads etc. But when some dick(s) with a drone can merrily fly around the site with impunity it can cause big problems.

Legal. Just have some copywriteable music playing in the background, and the videos are useless. If these places just ignored him, and didn't acost him on public streets etc then he'd just go away as his channel would get no views!
Or just keep saying can you please put your cock away now.

Did he not mention something like 'don't publish that - GDPR' or something when they took pictures of him? If so, shouldn't the same apply to him when putting the videos on Youtube? If these places just ignored him, and didn't acost him on public streets etc then he'd just go away as his channel would get no views!

Unless the law is changed then a business with sensitive stuff needs to do it inside.
My work has some fairly sensitive/secret ish stuff about the place, and for this exact reason it's all kept under cover at all times.

He's a private individual - GDPR relates to businesses and organisations
Doesn't publishing on Youtube and earning money from it make him a business? If you go back several pages I think it’s been discussed at length if GDPR applies to him. Some say yes, some say no, no one really knows, but it doesn’t matter anyway as YouTube have their own rules as it’s their platform.
If someone puts a video of you up, it doesn’t matter if it’s public or not, you can ask complain to YouTube and your face will be blurred or the video has to be taken down.
Some of his videos the faces are blurred and in that big brother one he seems reluctant to identify himself and suggests it’s because they could get his video taken down before he gets his views and payed.

Easier said than done in my industry! (automotive/transport)Unless the law is changed then a business with sensitive stuff needs to do it inside.

Is it any different to going on Google Maps and looking at the satellite view of your business? It's the drone that's the big issue. There’s no ownership of the airspace above, anyone in an aircraft can fly over if they wish. Are Jet2 and Ryanair going to stop flying over my house? No.
But to be honest, nobody will be interested in any of our houses, there’s nothing worth seeing.

!
Yes he is, if he's using the film for publishing on his monetised channel then yes it breaks the law unless he's asked permission and taken all reasonable steps to let data subjects know they are going to be recorded. Covered in detail previousl with links to legislation.!
