Classic Car Show @ the NEC
Discussion
maybe they trying to merge it into a classic/sports car show or they are desperate to fill hall space up inviting all sorts of 'modern' sporty machinery, couldnt exactly call the Viper a classic either, age wise just yet.
I know from previous years if the car clubs didnt attend it would be waste of time, with not much to see.

Is it an event? Will there be photographers there? Chance of a pic in a mag? Of course he will be and quite right too. It is a fantastic piece of kit and will get huge attention, I am sure. Hope he is back in time, the car is supposed to be there on Friday!

I'm sure ZR1368 said he was back today. He needs to get back soon, piston heads is dead when he's not around

I'm going Saturday,
Not taking the vette though, will just hop on the train since I only live in Cov, the fare is about half what it costs to park!
Top tip for any of you that are driving, I think NEC parking costs £6... but if you park at Birmingham international station (attached to the NEC) it only costs £5, and you are actually closer to the halls and don't need to get one of those annoying shuttle buses

Hi guys!
Yes I am back. Joe collected me and Shoebag yesterday from Heathrow.
I am taking the Z06 up to Birmingham tomorrow night......and I agree about the "Classic" bit as this one of those age old arguements. Is an Austin Allegro a classic? or just an old car?
Is a Pagani Zonda a classic car? Is my car a classic car? I personally would say no, but they are probably more interesting to look at than an Austin Allegro....IMHO
