The time has come to service my red beauty and I would like someone to recommend a garage to me?

Maybe you have one that you wouldnt advise me to go to? PM me if you know a bad one!?!

Got a pair of Bridgestone run flats for the rear to be fitted too, I need a tyre fitter who knows how to treat my mags with care, and not bugger up the tyre sensors.....anybody know a good fitter in Suffolk?

Depending on the mileage on your Red beauty, i.e. assuming it is less than 100,000 the servies should be pretty simple. Usually an oil change, filter is about $6 and the oil is about £80 from Halfords. Not much else needs doing as plugs is a 100,000 mile item and you only need to change the brake fluid etc at about 60,000 I think from memory.
