1/4 Mile Challenge - Things to remember.......
Discussion
1. Bring a helmet
2. Bring both parts of your driving license
3. Bring your tickets if you have pre-booked
4. You will need to have your arms covered, so bring a long sleeve shirt etc.
5. Empty all loose things out of your car before leaving home. (This saves weight and will also stop you being decapitated by your Status Quo CD in the boot)
6. Check your oil / water / tyre pressures before leaving home
7. Make sure you have enough fuel for however many runs you are planning to do, but don't fill the car up, as it is bad form to slop fuel on the track and it also saves weight.
8. Have fun
For all those Drag Racing virgins out there planning to attend, Drag Racing does not mean you have to dress like Emily Howard..............

"Both parts of your driving license"? I know I'm old but surely there's only one part...or am I missing something?
I think this refers to photo card driving licences they come with a paper part, which you are supposed to carry with the photo card(seems to defeat the objective IMHO).
