Just noticed yesterday that my GSC rears are getting a bit low - probably 2000 miles or so left on them, which puts them at around 10,000 miles. My - pilot sport - fronts are fine for the moment, replaced at the same time.

So: is 10,000 miles about right (I'd have expected 15-20K based on my LT1's experience) for GSCs??

What choices do I have for replacing these 315s? Pilot Sports about it? Am looking for low wear/price rather than stickyness...

I had pilot sports on all four wheels, I changed wheels over (95'5's)and they had GSC's on. GSC's are no where near as good as the pilots. As far as I know the 315 in the pilot has been discontinued. So I guess its just a case of phoning around or going with a 335- that will fit the rim ok. Try Northants tyres - I don't know the number but one of the others will.
