If you need any GM touch up paint then that is the code to use. However you can buy aerosol paint from ICI paint dealers who can mix it for you at about £10/12 a can. You will need the ICI code (e.g. for Millenium Yellow the GM code is 79U but the ICI code is WA-423G)

Thats the code the guy at the paint shop was looking for the Wa-**G thingy...... Where can these touch up pens be bought from? Anywhere in the UK?

Not sure if you can get touch up pens in the UK. Mine came from Ecklers. If you can get the code and assuming someone can make up an aerosol for you, I can't see why they can't chuck the left over in a jar - you can use that as touch up.

Beleive it or not Halfords will mix you some up.

I have had some from them for my C4 & C5, perfect match, they seem to have all of the US GM codes.

Wow, Halfords, never would have thought that. Always had blank looks from the folk in there whenever I mention a USA car (except Haynes manuals - those they could get). Of course, now they'll start to offer me Daewoo parts when I ask for Chevrolet bits
One time I asked a Halfords man (in his 40's - not a 17yr old) if they could get alloys for a Mk1 Escort Mexico - his response: what's that ?
