I finally got around to relocating the parking brake cables and that allowed me to fit the 18" wheels. 8" wide in the front and 9.5" on the rear with a nice set of Pirelli P Zero's to keep them off the ground.

Look great

These are the billet ones? Do they use the original centre caps?

Have you got any more pics, I'm thinking of going in this direction also...

Hi V-Spec they are Billet Vinteques from The Newstalga Wheel Co, with the original centre caps. I asked for 4.25" backspace on hte fronts and 5.5" backspace on the rears. I had to relocate the parking brake cable to the top of the trailing arm before fitting the rears. In retrospect I would have asked for 5.25" backspace since I had to fit a 3mm spacer to get decent clearance from teh trailing arm. Hope this helps.

Thanks! Looks like it rained in between your pictures!

Just realised that you have to sacrifice the white letters when you go for 18"....

Thanks guys for all your kind words. The wet photo's were taken when we returned from having the tyres fitted, the dry photo was the next day after it had been washed. I'm now struggling with keeping these on for the Nationals or reverting to the Rallye's for the 'stock' look.

They look great. Don't bother changing to stock for the Nats. You've modded the car nicely so why revert to stock wheels ? Besides, the CCCUK Nats are awash with cars that, whilst in nice condition, are totally factory stock at least in appearance .
Leave it as it is and be different.
I'm not bothering with the Nats this year, but I hope to see your car some other time, it's definately my sort of Vette
