The two C6 Pace Cars at Houston today for the ALMS Race on Friday

Please note the carbon fibre mirrors and also the side skirts also has a good looking rear wing

I wonder if GM will offer these bits as RPOs for C6 owners?

Ron put the #3 car on pole

with the #4 just behind him

The circuit is very bumpy and watching the LMP1 & 2 cars going through the fast sweeping righthander around the Astrodome and taking off on a particular bump that throws the car towards the wall during qualifying makes you appreciate how brave these guys are.....

#4 2nd overall and 1st in GT1, #3 3rd overall and 2nd in GT1

However, the result should have been the other way around except a full course caution on the #3's in lap about 20 minutes from the end of the race scuppered their chances as Johnny O had to follow 3 GT2 cars back to the pit area all of whom had slowed for the fully course caution.......

The old Audi R8 with Alan McNish finished 1st overall.

At least Fran will have taken pictures of some other types of car - all VHR's pics will be of yellow Corvettes. "Here is one..., here is another...,here is one going around a bend... here is one like mine...etc."

That is so unfair! I took loads of pictures of the other cars, if you are not careful I will subject you to an evening of looking at the pictures........

You are right - a laptop with a couple of spare batteries in a pub is the perfect way to look through the great pics of your racing trips. Just makes me feel like I was there!

But I wasn't and I wish that I had been. Now THAT is "Unfair!"
