Yep - I'm a proud owner!
Taking it over to the IoM tonight for the TT practice week and then a week later heading over to Le Mans. Owned it for about 2 years and never fails to turn heads but did manage to slide off the road backwards once which was fun (and turned several heads).
Always think they look better with the full "Official Pace Car" stickers on the door though.

EXACTLY what I was going to say. P.S. Cliff (someone with a black book to hand will tell the exact number) but the story goes that approx 6500 were made - one for each North American Chevrolet dealer.
Also it was rumoured that buyers paid a premium to own one, paying up to $50,000 for the privelege...
I have one just like that! No Stickers though, was my first vette. have restored it over the last 5 years. Have changed to ZZZ HO motor, the L-82 is a bit feeble. My pal is using it at the moment, so I have room for the C5. May sell it next year, not sure yet, I am rather attached to it !! Anyway, its probably my all time favourite vette, the C3s are the best lookers IMHO. with a 3.55 rear end, I've had a few interesting sideways incidents as well. Never fails to raise a grin! - V8D
