C5 shock absorber replacement

Hi guys, anyone got a view on how long the OEM shocks should last under spirited road(no track) use. I am up to 75K + and just starting to wonder. There seems to be more rear wheel hop on taking roundabouts aggressively. Any point on replacing with anything other than the OEMs which I assume are AC Delco but haven't checked. I have standard rear suspension although I might go for the upgraded rear sway bar too.

Bilstein Sport shock absorbers seems to have quite a following in the US as a slight upgrade to the OEMs.

Adjustable Konis transformed my C3 but sorry, I'm a bit of a newbie to C5 so have no experience. Dont think you could go far wrong with Bilstein.
