Anyone for a quick easy diagnostic on Indicator failure,ime pretty sure its the relay,but where is it situated?

I think its on the passenger side footwell(well it is on mine!), its a silver square thing very easy to spot as its right there as soon as u look under once the cover is off

The Z's are different(why do they do that ),it was tucked up under the drivers side between the steering column and the door,job done now.

Flasher unit is a PFR10 FORD/AUSTIN/ROVER unit. £3.23.

To help with future diagnosics Cliff, here's a quick procedure:

1) Step out of car, move round to front

2) Observe the front of the vehicle, looking for a round blue and white badge

3) If your vehicle has this, it would not have been fitted with indicators from the factory...

4) ...Which wouldn't matter, since if you'd bought one you wouldn't be the type to use them anyway.
